Save your personal online application access link as it is the only way how to get to your online application. If you lose it/delete it, contact iro@upol.cz.

Remember to check your spam folder as the information emails can sometimes end up there e.g. noreply_mobility@upol.cz a stag-help@upol.cz.

Keep using your initial email address (used during nomination/used to receive UP application access) so that we can easily identify you in the UP system and its apps. The alternative email you provide in your online application should be active and you must regularly check it. We can use it for additional communication in case of need.
After you submit the online application you can still edit some data e.g. change your personal data, arrival/departure date, upload additional attachments, etc.

Visa-required students cannot change the selected dormitory once they submit the online application (because the address is reflected on the visa support documents).

Please note that the processing time of the application can be up to 2 months as it mainly depends on the approval of your Learning Agreement. Do not send the LA before you submit the UP online application.

Visa-required students´ applications are administrated with priority and the visa-required students should pay special attention to providing us with the correct and complete postal address.

Reservation of accommodation (applicable only to long-term mobility) is based on the request in the online application and made by the Office for Mobility. 2-3 weeks before arrival, each student receives an e-mail confirming the dormitory reservation and its address, no other confirmation of accommodation is sent.
